ONLINE LEARNING

Safe Work Practices for Custodians

Participants learn the Safe Work Practices for Custodians in 7 short video lessons.  Task-based lessons include video demonstrations and images of Custodians in their work environment.  Custodians understand how to apply the ErgoSchool™ Pillars for Prevention to their everyday work and discover that safe work habits when practiced daily become healthy routines.  By the end of this course, Custodians know how to protect their comfort, health and safety themselves.  Every Day.

PEER-TO-PEER LEARNING

Research shows that the most effective method of training occurs when workers learn from their peers. This course gives mentor trainers the knowledge and skills to deliver the ErgoSchool™ Safe Work Practices for Custodians training themselves, and to become the in-house experts for MSD prevention.
